The Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board has developed an online Parent Conference survey that seeks to find out what types of workshops and speakers are of interest to you, and what format best suits your schedule.

Please take a few minutes to complete the Parent Conference survey. An email (School Messenger) containing a link to the survey was emailed to parents/guardians on February 27, 2023, inviting your participation in the survey. If you are unable to access the survey through your email and would like to participate, please contact your school principal for a hard copy of the survey.
